About the Opportunity
\nOur client is a privately held commercial real estate company that owns, develops, and operates community-focused retail properties across multiple states. They are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support their CEO across both business and personal responsibilities. Reporting into the Office of the CEO, this role offers high visibility and exposure to senior leadership and every part of the business. It’s a true partnership role for someone who is equally comfortable running a calendar, a boardroom deck, and a complex travel itinerary.

\n\n

What You’ll Do

\n\n

Field and manage the CEO’s calls and priorities
Coordinate frequent domestic business and personal travel, including booking directly, working with a travel agent, arranging private aviation when needed, and handling ground transportation, itineraries, and accommodations
Arrange travel and logistics for the CEO’s family members, with tact and discretion
Handle personal, household, and family-office responsibilities, including managing household vendors, vehicle registrations, insurance, and maintenance, and organizing insurance, tax, investment, and estate records
Liaise with attorneys, CPAs, insurance professionals, and investment advisors
Provide executive and business support: build and edit documents, PowerPoint presentations, and meeting materials, track priorities, deadlines, and action items, and serve as the liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including vendors, building management, and digital and physical filing
Support company events, leadership meetings, and special projects
Oversee the receptionist and administrative support functions

\n\n

What You Bring

\n\n

Experience in both executive assistant and personal assistant roles (candidates with only one will not be considered)
7–10 years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience, including at least 5 years supporting a CEO, founder, principal, or senior executive
A track record of supporting both the business and personal needs of a single executive
Experience booking complex travel and working with travel agents
Strong technology skills, including advanced PowerPoint
Real, hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or Gamma
Availability outside regular hours when needed, especially during executive travel
A “yes, I’ll get this done” attitude, with the confidence to set boundaries on the executive’s behalf
Exceptional discretion when handling family and personal matters
